Vladimir is passionate about his work and his service. He is anxious to establish himself as a top chef
in Houston, and is fast becoming one. He has a large following of which I am one. What counts with me
are these factors: He listens. He uses your ideas and has many suggestions of his own. He won't let
you do the wrong thing. He is respectful, his uniform is clean and crisp, his staff is very professional ,
cheerful and not intimidating. He can follow your grandmother's recipe or introduce his own. He
remembers from time to time how you like things prepared, what you like to drink, who can't eat certain
foods, he is aware. He will stay behind the scenes if you want him to, or he can let the guests watch as
he creates the dinner. He will bring his service pieces or use yours, and treat them with great care. He
will not leave until he knows you are satisfied. He is just a dear man with a great desire, and I find it
impossible to have a dinner party without him.

It gives me great pleasure to recommend Chef Vladimir Smirnov and his Catering services. He did an
outstanding job with every detail covered. The food and presentation was excellent and the Waite staff
was superb. I will use them for our next event.

We were glad to have Chef Smirnov come to the Culinary Academy of Austin as a guest chef. He was a very
patient and informative instructor. With his guidance and detailed explanation, they picked up the technique
fairly quickly and produced beautiful work. The students had a wonderful time and were very proud of
themselves and their finished products. We can’t wait for Chef Smirnov to come back!

Chef Smirnov did an excellent job preparing Sunday morning
brunch in my home on several occasions for 30 - 50 people. His omlets
are delicious, and his fruit carvings beautiful.Everything was wonderful
from the mimosa's to the chicken salad. All the food was superb. He and
his staff work independently, and don't need supervision, so the hosts
can entertain and enjoy their own parties. They do everything from set
up, to serving,and complete clean up.I would highly recommend him for
future parties.
