Position Summary:
 We are looking for an experienced and passionate Seasonal Catering Chef to lead or support kitchen operations during our peak catering season. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can execute high-volume food production while maintaining top-notch quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
 Prepare and execute high-quality dishes for a variety of events
 Oversee or assist with kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating
 Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards and event needs
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
 Follow health and safety regulations and proper food handling protocols
 Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
 Adapt quickly to changing menus, event styles, and kitchen environments Load and unload food and equipment for off-site events, as needed
 Supervise kitchen staff or work as part of the team, depending on event scale
Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a chef or lead cook in catering, banquet, or high-volume food service Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required) Culinary training or degree is a plus, but not required
